Applicants must be currently enrolled in an academic program. This includes current high school seniors and college students with plans to continue their education in the fall of 2023. Applicants must also have a 3.0 or higher GPA. To apply, submit a 500-750 word article with thoughtful ideas promoting innovative and effective educational, legislative and enforcement programs to prevent drunk driving.
