Applicants must be high school seniors who reside in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, Clark County-Nevada, New York County, King County, Queens County or Richmond County. Students must plan to attend a U.S. accredited four-year college or university or a California/Nevada/New York community college as a first-year student in the fall. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required. Applicants must have a household income at or below the county low-income level.
