The Dicke College of Business Administration creates tomorrow’s leaders who are ethical, entrepreneurial, and engaged. The College is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International. This is the highest and most sought-after accreditation for business programs in higher education. The College offers five majors and minors, and Accounting majors can add a fifth year and earn a Master of Science in Accounting.

Learning in the classroom is valuable, but true preparation and adaptability come from experience in the field. The College is not a stuffy environment where everything is dictated from a textbook. You’ll be able to dive into programs like Polar Innovation Exchange, which focuses on creative innovations and entrepreneurial spirit by challenging you to present a new business idea to a panel of judges. Or take part in the Student Investment Group.

Student Investment Group
Imagine managing a real investment portfolio—valued at more than $600,000—as a college student! The Student Investment Club provides a unique opportunity for ONU students to learn firsthand what it takes to be a professional investment manager. Members research, follow stocks, and work together to make investment decisions. When members realize an outstanding return on investment, they get to award scholarships to deserving ONU business students.

Internships
Our mandatory internships give you a chance to work in your field and build your résumé. We'll set you up with an internship that matches your interests and career aspirations. While many students intern in Ohio, others choose to complete an internship in another state or even internationally. Most internships are paid, and some result in an offer of full-time employment upon graduation.

Student organizations
In the College of Business, we have a variety of active and award-winning student organizations. Through participation in one or more of these groups, you’ll have the opportunity to network, be a leader, make lifelong friends, gain knowledge about your chosen profession, volunteer, travel to regional and national conferences, and more.
