MBA Programs

FLEX MBA

The Lehigh University FLEX MBA provides an unparalleled level of flexibility to the active professional. Students can opt to participate on campus or online each night through our unique ClassroomLIVE experience, depending on what their schedule that day dictates. Perhaps you prefer the networking environment of being on campus, but you need to travel for a work assignment for two weeks. Attend classes in person, and when you leave town you can join your classes online Live during your time away. It’s the ultimate, convenient hybrid learning environment.

Lehigh's FLEX MBA is ideal for those who want to earn their degree part-time. With both on-campus and online options, the FLEX MBA is just that—flexible! The program offers a contemporary business education and has a history of success. 

1-MBA ✔️STEM Designated

• Program length: 11-13 months

The Lehigh one-year, full-time 1-MBA program is designed for professionals (minimum two years work experience) who wish to either pivot their careers toward a business-related area, which may not be in their previous field of employment, or accelerate their career growth within their chosen field. It is a one-year, rigorous curriculum that includes the functional areas of business and embraces the shared value model that recognizes various stakeholders in today’s high-tech, modern societies.

An internship is not required, however students have the option of adding one, making Lehigh University one of the few one year MBA programs to offer the option of an internship.

Specialty Business Masters 

MS, Business Analytics ✔️ STEM Designated

• Program length: 11 months 

The MS in Business Analytics program is designed to prepare students with cutting-edge knowledge and skill sets that will enable them to be competitive in the rapidly growing field of business analytics. Use of SQL, R, Python, and Tableau will allow students to become well versed in collecting, preparing, modeling, and interpreting business data while also understanding core business concepts and emphasizing professional development for job market readiness. 

The MSBA program is open to students from all backgrounds, including arts and sciences, engineering, business, etc. Entering students should have some basic training in math, business, and programming languages as specified in the pre-requisite requirements. Applicants should have no more than two years of full-time work experience. 

MS, Financial Engineering  ✔️STEM Designated

• On Campus or Online (Synchronous)
• Program length: 24 months
• Ideal for quantitatively inclined students with backgrounds in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering and Finance. 

The Lehigh MS in Financial Engineering program is a cutting-edge program designed to provide a strong education in advanced finance and quantitative financial analysis tools using key concepts from financial theory, applied mathematics, and engineering. With these building blocks, graduates will become instrumental in the creation of innovative solutions for real financial problems, using state of the art analytical techniques and computing technology. 

The curriculum is intended for career opportunities in areas such as portfolio management, securities trading, investment banking, risk management, and financial information systems.

• Ideal for non-business undergraduate majors with no or little work experience 

The Lehigh MS in Management program is a 9-month, full-time, cohort program designed for students with a non-business undergraduate degree and less than one year professional work experience. It paves the path from college to career by building a business skill toolbox that helps you define your career goals, sharpen your business acumen, and receive the experiential learning that sets you apart. The MS in Management provides the perfect launch pad for a positive and rewarding career trajectory.

Experiences inside and outside the classroom make you a more valuable asset to a broad range of organizations and roles. A comprehensive one week orientation defined by exposure to professional development and business leaders provides context for the program. 

MS, Applied Economics ✔️STEM Designated

• On Campus 
• Program length: 12-18 months 

Lehigh University’s Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Economics is a relatively rare economics program because it is one of the few business-school-offered programs that is completely focused on the Masters level. While there is the option to apply to continue toward a PhD, the focal point of this program is on the Master's degree itself.

The Lehigh MS in Applied Economics offers Intimate interaction with professors and colleagues with very small class sizes. There is an emphasis on exposing students to current and relevant research continually being undertaken by faculty in their respective fields. Additionally opportunities exist to supplement the educational experience with elective courses in finance, international relations, engineering, political science, mathematics, or marketing.
