Applicants must be current or former 4-H members between the ages of 15-19 years. Students must create a one-minute video relating to their leadership in one of the 4-H pillar areas and provide the following: several short essays, photos supporting their entry and proof of 4-H involvement. One award will be given in each of four pillar areas ¿ agriculture, civic engagement, healthy living and STEM.
