Applicants must be high school seniors, college students enrolled in an accredited four-year university or college or currently enrolled in a two-year college and planning to transfer to a four-year university or college. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be U.S. citizens or hold permanent residency status. Applicants must be currently attending school in San Diego County or planning on attending a college or university in San Diego County. Current high school students in San Diego County planning on attending college outside of San Diego County may also apply. An essay submission on a provided topic is required.
