Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, undergraduate students or graduate students. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required. Students must submit and essay and video, three letters of recommendation, current transcripts and a letter of diagnosis. Applicants must have a diagnosis of Tourette Syndrome or Chronic Tic Disorder.
