Applicants must be currently enrolled at any accredited community or junior college or undergraduate or graduate degree program anywhere in the United States including high school graduates or GED holders who are about to start college-level studies. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing. Applicants must demonstrate their strong commitment to helping others and describe personal examples of a time they have encouraged sustainable and local health-initiatives in their own community. An essay submission on a provided topic is required.
