Applicants must be seniors at a high school located in New York with a minimum GPA of 3.2. Students must provide an acceptance letter from an accredited BSN nursing program. Applicants must provide documentation of receiving the meningococcal vaccination and booster, if indicated and documentation of starting or completing a meningococcal serogroup B vaccination series. A reference letter and an essay on a provided prompt are required.
