Applicants must be current high school seniors in one of the following locations: Northern Virginia counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Clarke, Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, and Fauquier as well as the cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Manassas, and Manassas Park; Maryland counties of Montgomery, Prince George¿s and Charles and the District of Columbia. Students must write an essay or produce a video that will convince others to register to be organ, eye and tissue donors.
