Applicants must be high school seniors or current post-secondary students with plans to pursue a degree or certification from an Oklahoma technology center or Oklahoma two-year or four-year college or university. Students must be enrolled in at least 6 hours of college classes or a full-time Career Tech program attending 15 hours a week or more with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Applicants must provide documentation regarding their disability.
