Applicants must be female or identify as female Washington residents and U.S. citizens or permanent residents admitted to an approved and accredited Washington state college or university. Students must demonstrate financial need and exhibit qualities reflective of the WWIN program. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and pursuing and undergraduate degree.
