The Lyceum Scholars Program

Applicants must be high school senior interested in attending Clemson University. If selected, students will receive a $10,000 scholarship to be dispersed over four years. Students will also be enrolled in a program where they will take a series of eight courses with other Lyceum Scholars that will address moral principles of a free society, the political ideals of the American Founding and the economic foundations of capitalism.

Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate college students who are currently enrolled in a college or university. Students must be studying one of the following programs (but not limited to): accounting, business, business administration, civil engineering, construction management, economics, finance, macroeconomics, marketing, microeconomics, political science, real estate, real estate, capital markets, real estate development, real estate law, urban planning/studies or urban systems. An essay on a provided topic is required to be submitted.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens enrolled as full-time undergraduates at the University of Arizona. Students must be majoring in one of the following: English, anthropology, classics, geography, history, journalism, philosophy, political science, psychology, sociology, foreign language, physical science, mathematics or engineering. Applicants must have been previously required to involuntarily withdraw from full-time study due to academic failure from an accredited four-year institution within the last two years. Students must have matured and gained admission to University of Arizona to complete their degree.
