“Guiding students on their academic journey is my passion. I strive to bring a calm objective voice to the often stressful and overwhelming college admissions process and cheer students on as they discover their own strengths and interests. My work is tailored to meet each student's specific needs and goals while assisting them in showcasing their talents and abilities to prospective colleges. I consider myself a bridge between parents and students, replacing the much-feared battle of wills between parent and teen.”
Amy received her B.A. in economics from the College of William & Mary and her master's in Public Administration from Old Dominion University. She is a member of the Potomac and Chesapeake Association for College Admission Counselors (PCACAC), a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), and a graduate of the IECA Summer Training Institute.
