Leslie A. Weston

Leslie first joined Porter Sargent in 1988, after graduating with a bachelor's degree in English from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. She worked here as an editor for two years before joining the H. W. Wilson Company in Cambridge, Massachusetts, as a writer and editor for Readers' Guide Abstracts. In 1996, Leslie returned to Porter Sargent as an editor but transitioned to a production role and today serves as production manager for the Porter Sargent Handbook series: The Handbook of Private Schools, Guide to Private Special Education, and Guide to Summer Programs. Her behind-the-scenes database work also supports the summer program search section of CollegeXpress and www.privateschoolsearch.com—the latter to which she has contributed articles—and she handles the division's social media presence on Facebook and Google+ and tweets for @PSSearch, @PorterSargent and @SummerPgmSeach.

Outside the office, Leslie studies Tai Chi and volunteers for Boston Cares and the Art Gallery Committee at Malden Access Television, interviewing artists and writing promotional materials for MATV exhibits. A supporter of local food, she also blogs about food-related topics.
