Maryke Luijendijk-Steenkamp is the Director of M.B.A. Marketing & Admissions at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), Erasmus University in the Netherlands. She is responsible for the marketing of the RSM M.B.A. portfolio and the recruitment of high-potential M.B.A. students. Maryke leads a team of dedicated M.B.A. admission and marketing managers. She travels extensively across the globe for RSM M.B.A. representation. She serves on several advisory boards in the graduate management education sphere, including The M.B.A. Tour and the Graduate Management Admission Council, and is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. Before RSM she worked in the hospitality industry in the United Kingdom and before that held various roles in higher education in her native country, South Africa. She completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the North-West University in South Africa.
