Life’s too short for lecture halls
Texas Wesleyan does college differently. We’re small and put the focus on what’s most important—you. You’ll have more time to ask professors questions, more time to get to know your classmates, and more time to plan your career.
Small School. Big Scholarships.
Located just minutes from downtown Fort Worth, our historic campus feels like a home away from home in the middle of the Metroplex. At Texas Wesleyan, you won’t have to strap on your hiking boots to get from class to class—our 75-acre campus is small and easy to navigate. Check us out in-person or virtually on a campus visit.
We may be small—but our scholarships are BIG. With scholarships up to $22,000 a year, and chances to earn even more scholarship money on top of that, you can afford to get the education you deserve.
We have over 30 undergraduate majors that set you up for success after graduation, whether you’re teaching the next generation of students, researching animal life in exotic locations, taking the stage as a performing artist, or attending graduate school.
Class isn't the only part of campus. Join student organizations, burn some calories at the gym or participate in campus events. We also have multiple residence halls and two dining facilities with Which Wich, rotating restaurants, a salad bar, and more.
You came to college to get a head start on your career, and Career Services at Texas Wesleyan is here to help you every step of the way. Because we’re small, you’ll get the chance to spend more quality time with counselors that keep your best interests in mind. No matter what your career aspirations are—or even if you’re not quite sure yet—Career Services will make sure you’re prepared for whatever comes your way.

“TXWES faculty really care. They want to make sure you’re getting the material. And because the classes are so small, you’re getting that one-on-one experience. It’s personal and I love that about TXWES.”
“I believe in the Smaller. Smarter. mission. My senior-level classes have just five students. My research group has two students. I understand what I’m learning so much more because of the smaller environment and attention to detail.”
“The students, faculty and staff I’ve met at TXWES have inspired me to become a better leader, both in classes and in the organizations I am a part of.”
