Applicants must be open and self-identified lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or intersex persons or a demonstrated and committed ally to the community. Students must be between the ages of 15 and 21 years of age and athletes in any sport or athletic activity. Applicants must be graduating high school students who plan to attend a recognized undergraduate college or university in the United States or are already matriculated U.S. undergraduate college students.
