Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university who is the child of gay or lesbian parents. Applicant's parents must be permanent residents of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, the Peninsula (Sunnyvale and north), San Francisco, Solano, or Sonoma Counties. Academic and/or artistic excellence and financial need required.
