Applicants must be high school seniors who graduated in 2020 and attended a public, parochial or private school in the Greater Houston area with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Students must have enrolled in an accredited college or university and be citizens or permanent residents of the United States. Priority will be given to those students whose parents have not graduated from accredited American four-year colleges or universities and those with significant financial need.
