Hi, I'm Jack Trent Dorfman, and I'm a junior at El Camino Real Charter High School. I live in Woodland Hills, California, a suburb of Los Angeles. I have been writing for my school newspaper since sophomore year and have loved it ever since. At first I thought I only wanted to cover sports, but after being on the staff for a few weeks I was exposed to politics and other social issues more than I ever had before. I now read as much of the LA Times as I can every morning—and not just the sports section.
