  • Butler University (Indianapolis, IN): Students applying to the professional phase of pharmacy must apply through PharmCAS. Students applying to the professional phase of physician assistant program must apply through CASPA.
  • Holy Cross College (Notre Dame, IN): Automatic admission granted to students with at least 24 transferable credits and a minimum 2.5 GPA.
  • Indiana State University (Terre Haute, IN): Students whose high school records do not satisfy freshman requirements may be considered for admission after earning at least 24 semester hours from another accredited collegiate institution.
