Welcome to the OSU Cowboy family
Welcome to the OSU Cowboy family
Founded on the land-grant mission, Oklahoma State University values and cares about people. OSU has always held true to that mission, welcoming students and providing them a feeling of home the first time they step on campus.
An energetic university, OSU is growing in many ways, from the addition of new buildings on campus to the largest classes in school history and historic levels of giving to see students succeed. The popularity of OSU in every area proves it’s the place to be!
With several new and renovated buildings, students will continue to enjoy access to state-of-the-art facilities, further ensuring them a brighter future. With the recent announcement of the McKnight Center for the Performing Arts, students will have exceptional educational opportunities in the arts.
How do you get started at OSU?
With six academic colleges and more than 200 degree programs available to students, OSU will help you discover your area of interest. Students can find a major that fuels their passion and leads to a rewarding career.
The Honors College gives students the opportunity to challenge themselves with a rigorous academic program, which provides smaller, discussion-based classes.
Students participate in research alongside a faculty member in any area of study, beginning as early as their freshman year with the Freshman Research Scholar program, an opportunity offered at select campuses around the country.
With advising in Pre-law, Pre- health, and Pre-veterinary Studies, OSU can help you create a plan to continue your education in any of these fields.
