If you’re a college student looking for a better fit or planning to continue your studies after completing a two-year program, Geneva College may be right for you. Geneva offers an academically rigorous and Christ-centered education in a superb learning environment.

Founded on strong Christian principles, Geneva is a place where you can make lifelong friendships with fellow students who share your values. You can also develop meaningful relationships with professors who care about your academic, personal, and spiritual growth.

Geneva College is transfer friendly. Students can transfer an unlimited number of credits from both two-year and four-year colleges. Evaluation of courses is done quickly, and we’re happy to advise you on your future path at Geneva.

We also provide academic grants and scholarships just for transfer students. If you have a college GPA of 3.5 or higher, you’re eligible for the Dean’s Scholarship of $15,000 per year. A GPA between 3.0–3.49 earns $12,500 a year with the Tower Scholarship. And a GPA of at least 2.5 qualifies you for a Ferncliffe Grant of $9,000 per year. Each award is renewable when you maintain the required GPA at Geneva.

Preparation for your life’s work
Geneva fosters academic strength and prepares students to work in all aspects of their lives. As a liberal arts college with a vocational focus, Geneva will prepare you to excel in today’s world. Geneva alumni serve as doctors, engineers, teachers, airline pilots, missionaries, church and community leaders, elected officials, business owners, and in many other roles that require intellectual agility and practical wisdom.

Geneva offers more than 145 undergraduate majors and programs. Our ABET-accredited Engineering program is ranked among the top 100 “Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs” in the nation by U.S. News & World Report, and 100% of our Engineering students are working or in graduate school just six months after graduation. What’s more, over 80% of Geneva graduates who apply to medical school are accepted, and the College ranked in the top 100 Regional Universities–North in 2021.

Christian focus
A Geneva education is grounded in the truth of God’s Word in every aspect of student life—academics, athletics, and activities. Every one of our experienced and accomplished professors is a committed Christian who challenges students with rigorous scholarship that’s built on the foundation of Christian values. Faculty, administration, and staff aim to provide a transformational experience that fully develops students’ abilities and challenges them to be all that God created them to be. Our low student-faculty ratio means more personal attention and guidance in all areas of life.

Campus life
There’s a lot going on at Geneva. We offer high-level athletic training and competition with 19 NCAA Division III varsity athletic teams for men and women. We also offer extensive intramural and club sports that connect athletic and non-athletic students with opportunities to enhance their physical fitness, character development, and leadership skills. Examples include dodgeball, flag football, indoor and sand volleyball, ping-pong, and rugby.

Geneva offers more than 40 student organizations and over 200 student programs and activities each year. Organized music ensembles include Marching Band, the Genevans Choir, Symphonic Band, and more. There are also theater productions and Film Fest, groups such as Spanish Club and Dagorhir, and professional organizations in accounting, engineering, criminal justice, and more.

Geneva’s beautiful 55-acre campus is located in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, about 35 miles northwest of Pittsburgh and just miles from Ohio.

Our Christian Perspective
Geneva College is governed by the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America. We believe the Holy Bible is the foundation of all that is right, good, and true. We require that faculty and staff are professing Christians. They care about the development of our students’ minds, hearts, and spirits.

We don’t have a litmus test to determine if incoming students believe what we believe, so people of many denominations and doctrines study at Geneva. Our conversations are honest, frank, and often eye-opening.

Academic options abound
Geneva College is recognized for its academic strength. Our most popular majors include Biology, Business, Computer Science, Elementary & Special Education, Engineering, and Nursing. Other majors of note include Aviation Business Management, Business, Communication Disorders, Cybersecurity, Music, and Student Ministry.

At Geneva, you can also work with your advisor to design and pursue an Independent Major that’s just right for you.
