Preparing Servant Leaders to Impact the World

Impacting the world requires more than a graduate degree. It requires character built on principles, the support of an authentic community, and practical preparation for today’s globalized economy. Whether you have a passion to impact the corporate world, nonprofit sector, or a ministry organization, you feel led to make a change for a reason. The Graduate School at Dallas Baptist University is a Christ-centered launching point for servant leaders setting out to make a difference.

Lead with distinction
DBU equips servant leaders by integrating distinguished professional education with biblical faith and dynamic personal attention. This commitment to servant leadership develops you to lead in the roles you have today—and roles you will have in the future.

Prepare with excellence
Any great undertaking requires thorough preparation. The Graduate School programs are designed to ensure every facet of your life is ready for the journey ahead. DBU’s faculty are not only educators but also practitioners, and they focus on real-world skills.

Live with purpose
Preparing for the possibilities in front of you with a graduate education shouldn’t mean sacrificing other aspects of life. The Graduate School at Dallas Baptist University offers learning options that easily integrate into your life and step beyond the bounds of a traditional graduate studies program. DBU meets you where you are so you can become an effective servant leader with:
• Flexible timing: DBU’s graduate programs allow students to set their own pace and offer the flexibility to make a schedule that works for the busy professional. DBU also offers a one-year MBA track and an Executive MBA.
Online options: Most DBU graduate programs can be completed entirely online, through in-person instruction, or in a hybrid format. The choice is yours.
Multiple locations: DBU has three locations around the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex in Dallas, Hurst-
Colleyville, and Plano.
• Global experiences: The best way to understand the global economy is to experience it firsthand. DBU’s faculty frequently lead international practicums around the world.

Stand with boldness
DBU’s interdisciplinary approach allows graduates to pursue a unique combination of theory and practical experience that equips them to use the gifts and abilities endowed to them by God with a deep sense of purpose and mission.
