Allied Healthcare Scholarship Program

Selection is based upon financial need, career objectives within the next five to 10 years, community involvement, community background, and academic performance. Recipient commits to a one-year service obligation service practicing direct patient care in a medically underserved area (MUA) of California.

Required areas of study clinical laboratory science, diagnostic medical sonography, medical assistant, medical imaging, medical laboratory technology, nuclear medicine technology, occupational therapy, pharmacy, pharmacy technician, physical therapy, physical therapy assistant, radiation therapy technology, radiologic technology, respiratory care, social work, speech therapy, surgical technician, ultrasound technician
