Mount Aloysius, a college with a student population of approximately 2,500, has several hallmarks: small classes; dedicated, caring professors; and excellent job placement after graduation. You won’t be just another number here.

Mount Aloysius offers a wide variety of sought-after health and non-health majors to meet the needs of its students and society. With its distinguished history in the fields of nursing and health sciences education, Mount Aloysius is home to the Commonwealth’s most robust and leading Medical Imaging program. Our premier Nursing program offers the latest simulation technology for our students, who continually surpass the national average on the NCLEX exams. Our Surgical Technology program is ranked in the top 10 nationwide. Biology graduates are enrolling in medical school, and Medical Imaging/Ultrasonography students are being trained on the latest technology used in hospitals across the country.

The Learning Center for Health Science and Technology in Pierce Hall was recently transformed to be a leading location for learning and medical technology labs. It boasts state-of-the-art simulation labs in 18,500 square feet of new space and 26,000 square feet of renovated space.
