Students must attend or plan to attend a two-year or four-year college, university, vocational or technical school or certificate program and be U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents. Applicants must be interested in studying technology, computer science and select engineering courses and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. An essay on a provided prompt is required to be submitted.
