Applicants must be graduating seniors form a Orange County or Los Angeles County high school and have a minimum 3.5 (non-weighted) GPA. Students should have at least one parent of Chinese descent and be able to prove financial need. In addition, students must have been admitted to a community college, college or university and have a SAT of 1200 or ACT of 27 or higher.
