Located in central New Jersey, Rider offers a supportive, engaging environment that gives you the competitive edge you need to succeed in today's global market. It's a place where hands-on experience and a personal touch are just part of the deal.

Top-tier academics
Rider is one of only two institutions in New Jersey—and fewer than 2% worldwide—to hold dual AACSB accreditation in both Business and Accounting. This means you're getting a world-class education that employers recognize. With a 13:1 student-to-faculty ratio, you'll learn directly from experienced professors who are committed to mentoring you, not just lecturing. Explore 11 distinct majors, including Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, and Entrepreneurial Studies, or combine majors for a diverse skill set.

Real-world student life
Forget endless lectures! Rider is all about Engaged Learning. Through the Business in Action program, you and your classmates will pitch, fund, and run real businesses—gaining entrepreneurial skills from day one. Want a deeper dive? You can join the student-led team that operates the on-campus Saxbys café, handling everything from operations to decision-making as a student CEO. Plus, with over 150 student organizations and NCAA Division I sports, you'll have plenty of ways to connect and lead outside the classroom.

Stand out from the crowd
Rider's strong commitment to career success is evident in its required internship or co-op opportunities, giving you valuable real-world experience. The University is located near major business hubs like New York City and Philadelphia, opening doors to connections at Fortune 500 companies and regional organizations. When you graduate, you'll be career-ready, with graduates often securing more than one job offer.

In the Business LLC, you'll meet fellow classmates who share similar interests and have opportunities to learn about your subject area through guest speakers, field trips and community service activities. First-year students in the Norm Brodsky College of Business are invited to be part of a cohort model where they live together and attend several of their freshman level courses together.
