Incoming freshman currently enrolled in a New Jersey Upward Bound program and are enrolled full-time for each semester of attendance at Seton Hall. Based on academic achievement. Must be Pell Grant eligible. Apply online, students must submit an application by the deadline date along with a letter of recommendation from an Upward Bound staff member, preferably the director.
