Applicants must be California residents and high school seniors graduating from a California high school. Students must be a member of his or her high school PTA/PTSA in good standing, or if the high school does not have a PTA/PTSA, a member of a PTA/PTSA in good standing and a council, district or state PTA board member. An essay is required to be submitted on a provided prompt.
