University of Vermont – National Merit Scholarship

Applicant must be a National Merit Finalist who has designated University of Vermont as his or her first-choice institution when completing the scholarship application. Applicants may change their top-choice selection by logging onto the Online Scholarship Application (OSA) website. Applicant must take the PSAT/NMSQT in the specified year of the high school program and no later than the third year in grades 9 through 12. Applicant must also be a citizen of the United States or be a U.S. lawful permanent resident.

Vermont State University — Randolph Center, VT

Vermont State University is a public comprehensive university with campuses in Castleton, Johnson, Lyndon, Randolph, and Williston, Vermont. The University system was formed through the merger of Castleton University, Northern Vermont University, and Vermont Technical College in 2021. The University is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE).

Northern Vermont University—Lyndon Campus — Lyndonville, VT

Northern Vermont University—Lyndon Campus was originally founded in 1911 as Lyndon State College. The school merged with Johnson State College in July of 2018 to form Northern Vermont University. The University is a public, multipurpose school. Its 175-acre campus is located in Lyndonville, 85 miles from Burlington.

Northern Vermont University—Johnson Campus was originally founded in 1828 as Johnson State College. The school merged with Lyndon State College in July of 2018 to form Northern Vermont University. Norwich University — Northfield, VT

Norwich University, founded in 1819, is a private coeducational university and the birthplace of ROTC. Cadets and traditional students share the same campus at Norwich University, creating one of the most unique college cultures in the nation. Norwich University is located in the Green Mountains of Vermont.
