Get experience! The more internships, the better. Since school does not necessarily teach you how to be successful in your career, you have to learn in other ways. Another great way to get experience is through being a leader on campus. As the officer of a student group you will learn management, networking, professional, and communication skills, to name a few. Looking back on college, I realize that I got more out of the extracurricular activities I was involved in than the courses I took.
