Must be a high school graduate from one of the following cities: Abilene, Allen, Amarillo, Arlington, Austin, Beaumont, Brownsville, Carrollton, College Station, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Denton, Edinburg, El Paso, Fort Worth, Frisco, Garland, Grand Prairie, Houston, Irving, Killeen, Laredo, League City, Lewisville, Lubbock, McAllen, McKinney, Mesquite, Midland, New Braunfels, Odessa, Pasadena, Pearland, Plano, Richardson, Round Rock, San Angelo, San Antonio, Sugarland, The Woodlands, Tyler, Waco and Wichita Falls. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or new and/or returning college students attending any accredited nonprofit public or independent two or four-year college/university or technical school.
