Overview

In the School of the Art Institute of Chicago's (SAIC) Early College Program Summer Institute, students study with our amazing faculty, passionate teachers and acclaimed practicing artists, designers, and scholars. They make use of our state-of-the-art facilities and resources including our museum, the Art Institute of Chicago, live in our incomparable residence halls in the heart of downtown Chicago, and earn college credit that can be transferred to other colleges. Students will leave our program with innovative, portfolio-quality work and a competitive portfolio for college admission.
