Participants in this Excel program split their time between Madrid and Barcelona while learning about the artistic, cultural and historical traditions of Spain. Students enroll in one major course and one minor course each; major courses convene three full days per week, while minor courses meet two full days weekly. Major course options are intermediate or advanced Spanish, creative writing, drawing and painting, Spanish art history and digital photography. All classes have a significant field component. Excel schedules frequent weekend excursions to areas of interest.
